Move in/out Schedule: Exhibitors are asked to use the rear entrance of the hotel
to move-in and out. Parking is also at the rear of the hotel at a discounted
rate of $15 per day for conference delegates and exhibitors.
Move-in: April 22 from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Move-out: April 24 from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
